Your complaints of greed, lack of compassion, unconcern for pets and their owners is BUNK. Aside from taking care of my pets for decades, I took a lost cocker spaniel there one day, in concern for her health while we put up fliers for this lost pooch. Not only did Dr. Anast give the dog a complete physical, and describe each and every ailment this dog had; he indicated the dog didn't have much time for all that was wrong, including cancer. This poor pooch would have been in for a very rough future of surgeries, etc. if we were to keep her and her quality of life was fading rapidly.
