My dogs were patients of Sandy Hill and other day in a panic I called the office knowing my sweet little doggie was in heart failure and I needed to help her as she was not able to breathe , she was suffering . I had a balance with the office and after the nice receptionist listened to me cry I begged her if there was any way I could bring her in she said she would asked the DR he said NO without offering any other refferals to any other agencys that might be able to help . I can't believe the there was no compasssion expressed at all except from the receptionist . My best friend died in my arms yesterday peacefully with the love and compassion shared by Waggin Wheels Vet Blanche Pierce in our own home on her favorite couch ! Now that is a vet with compassion !!!! Thank you Dr Pierce of Waggin Wheels Vet Srvs !
