Sandy Hill Animal Clinic hates Rotties, after letting staff know that our dog was not socialized much and would like to get him in and out quickly, they put us in a room for about 15 minutes, waiting while their birds were screaming and other dogs were barking, so of course when the door opens ( without a knock or other notification ) an 18 month old Rottie is going to see who's coming in after waiting in a strange place for that long. But in Dr. Anasts eyes he was being aggressive and going to attack! Oh, but he had a muzzle on along with a harness collar and leash, and didn't even bark, just got up to see who it was! The Doctor also thought my wife was laughing at him when he opened the door but that was not the case we were talking when he opened the door she was in the middle of a laugh!!! But he would have none of that. I guess that is why they didn't take payment prior to the shots, because he probably never intended to give the shots to him anyway. Why make the appointment if y
