I ordered two large custom windows for my home. It took four different installers about 10 weeks to finally get it done.They sent one man to do the job twice.. Needed to take two days off to wait for them. Once here they realized that it was a two man job..so I had to make new appointments.After just completing the job.. I noticed that there was paint on the inside of the double paned glass... They had to remove it and start over.. two more weeks.. then for a second time they sent one man for the job.. he called in to the company .. telling them that it needed two men to lift the glass. more time wasted....
