Dr Stephen Fenster is the best - explains procedures VERY well and treats all people like they are intelligent human beings. He is never demeaning. Dr Madsen is less personable. The front office staff, not the vet techs, but the front office schedulers and phone folks leave MUCH to be desired. I left this vet because of the front office staff and their supervisor. However good Dr Fenster is was completely degraded by the front offce staff.
