This place is horrible! I had a livingsocial deal here and am seeking to get my money back. I wasn't feeling well today and booked my appointment, I was not told to get there early as there would be a video (seriously a video?). So when the receptionist asked me to sit in a chair to watch a video, I said no, I have been to four other chiropractors, I know what to expect. Once back with the Dr, I began describing my neck pain and when he said there would be no treatment, I was shocked. He said he wouldn't treat me till he had the x-rays processed, (but the livingsocial included treatment) so I asked for a refund. He then became mad and aggressive, saying he is not going to be told by a patient what to do (I asked just to fix my neck.) I stated that I know my body and I know what works, no x-ray or conversation is going to change that. He said he would do the x-rays and exam and go from there and I agreed.
