Review content:
My bad experience with Eden Jewelry started when I went to them to get a prong repaired and the enhancer (wrap) unsoldered on my wedding ring. The staff was friendly and the price was fair, but that was it. Even when they did get the job done, which wasn't on time, they botched the repair. The band was warped and thin that it snapped within a day of wearing it. When I brought this to their attention, they didn't so much as offer to undo the damage they had done. In frustration, I thought about trading it in for a new ring instead of attempting another repair. After getting the runaround from their absentee owner, I was offered a grand total of $90 for my $800 ring.\r

Eden Jewelry is the worst kind of jewelry store, with a pleasant exterior that masks greed and low-quality service. Save yourself a lot of expense and frustration and take your business elsewhere!
