Review content:
At our old house, we had a continual problem with the washing machine drain line backing up. Kings Helper was called to fix it. We explained the problem was far down in the line, and that a standard 50' drain auger would not reach it. Unfortunately, they showed up with only the 50' auger and spent an hour to no avail trying to fix it. They had to go back and get the 75' auger, which cleared the problem up. All the while, they were courteous. When the bill came, it was for a 2-hour service call. We called them and explained that we had tried to forwarn them that they would need the longer equipment, and they agreed we shouldn't have to pay for the first hour. Honest, prompt and professional service! And they fixed what no other plumber had been able to fix.
