I had the worst experience at this clinic! I took my pomeranian here to get her microchip since Blue Cross was participating in the program. Big Mistake! As I entered, yes the place definitely need some upgrading. The receptionsts were okay, nothing spectacular. Which is not a big criteria. When it was my turn, the vet did not even acknowledge me. He was an old grumpy man. My dog is a cutie and the vet didn't even look at her twice. He went straight to injecting her and she struggled. He got mad and asked why I did not hold her down. I said "I didn't know I had to!" I had my heart broken that day because my dog was in pain and she screamed soooo loud because the second injection was so rough on her. The lady outside later told me that she thought it was a parrot's scream. =( I would never go back there for my dog again. I have heard nightmare stories from my friends too. I'm sorry but first impression is the most important and I am scared away for life. They do,
