Steve and Jacob handled my grandmothers arrangements last week when she passed away. Things went smoothly and they were helpful above and beyond the call of duty. My grandfather had purchased their funeral plans years ago, and we never once felt pressured to "upgrade" any features or items. They were very helpful in making a difficult situation run smoother and my grandmother looked so beautiful. I would highly recommend them and intend to make my arrangements through them in the near future so that my family does not have to feel the pressure of trying to make those arrangements.
