0 stars would not be low enough to rate this salon (even though my rating has 1 star since it wouldn't allow me to post otherwise). I called gaetanos after my regular hair stylist had to cancel my appointment and the girl at the front desk told me they had an opening after I explained I needed both a cut and color. When I finally arrived at gaetanos the man that was supposed to cut my hair called the girl at the front desk over to tell her my hair was too long and that he wouldn't be able to cut it today so she proceeded to ask if I wanted to reschedule for another day. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever gone and their employees should learn to handle customers more appropriately or at least learn some fcking manners. No wonder why everyone else in the Bridgewater area gets their hair done at Splash even though its double the price. I would pay triple the price to avoid something that embarrassing happening again. So Mr. Gaetano if you ever happen to read this I think yo
