This is my second experience with this facility. I was not satisfied with their level of care my 1st go round with a different pet and this time was far worse. Since our new dog was purchased at a pet store we were required to take him to this vet under the store?s health guarantee. I can only imagine they have some arrangement to keep costs down which is good for their bottom line but as I learned not for your animal?s health. Our dog has been sick and presented the same symptoms for almost 4 months now and has been under their care. Among the congestion, cough, and runny nose, the worst symptom was the constant diarrhea everywhere. Each visit it was a new VAGUE diagnosis that was given along with new prescriptions. Eventually, a pattern emerged: As long as the dog was medicated he was fine but within 24-48 hours of the prescription being gone he became very sick again especially the immediate diarrhea.
