Review content:
I was not happy with this vet at all. I took my 16 week old puppy in for his first wellness exam. I wanted to make sure he was nice and healthy after getting him from the breeder. I expected them to check his eyes, ears, nose, etc. But no. All they did was come in and talk to him like a baby. And then the doctor just listed to his heart with the stethoscope. He said my puppy was healthy and that was it. Not to mention that my dog is only 6 pounds and they put 14.8 on his paperwork. I left feeling a sense of uneasiness because that could not have been it. I decided to go with my gut and take him to another vet. They found that he had an ear infection and they treated it. I'm so glad I went somewhere else. If I had listened to what the vet said at VCA Shadeland, my dog would be harboring an ear infection, and I wouldn't have known. Don't go here. They're not thorough at all.
