Not only did Apitz do a superb job of analyzing and repairing my car, the technicians went out of their way to make sure I had a ride home while they worked on my vehicle and keep me posted on the progress, explaining the problem in layman's terms. On top of this, the one minor paperwork glitch that occurred, they went above and beyond to make sure was corrected, that I was notified and apologized profusely to something I didn't even realize was an issue. I'll absolutely take my vehicle back in any time it needs service. 100% recommend them!
