Just got my car back Friday from the body shop at Bill Utter Ford and have never been happier since the day I first got her!\r \r Few Weeks ago I had an accident ironically in front of the dealership on I-35 and my first thought was drive it and drop it off to them ASAP. It was after hours, but I knew she was in good hands. Then next day right away Jeff took a look at it and said they would get started on it right away. Per my fathers request we got a second opinion on damage repairs and Ford still offered the more affordable deal. After the insurance company dropped off the papers I signed them and they started on work right away.\r \r From day one I got emails and phone calls to keep me updated on my repairs and the progress on my vehicle. Danny and the service department set me up with a rental from Hertz stationed at Ford to get me to class and work while my car was being repaired.
