Normally, I would've given them three stars, since their product quality is really good. However, their poor service cost me, not just at the store, but in a motorcycle accident.\r

When I first had them make me a motorcycle jacket, I had them sew in impact absorbing materials at the back, shoulders and elbows. When I received the jacket, the pockets in the shoulders and elbows were not sewn in the right place: I showed them how, in an accident, the pads would not be positioned to protect me. They took the jacket, remarked the spots and said that they had fixed it. I tried it on, and they had done nothing! I tried two more times, each time they said that it was done, and each time, nothing was done!\r

I was in an accident this past weekend, and bacause the pads were not there to protect me, I received injuries to both my left elbow joint and left shoulder.\r

So beware! These people will look you in the eye and lie to your face.
