Does it really take 7 hours to buy a car? Apparently so at Anderson Subaru. I walked in at 3pm, check in hand ready to buy, and walked out at 10pm with my car. Why did I stick around so long? Because they were obligated to my price through USAA. He's a list of their misdeeds: saleswoman was extremely forgetful and kept asked me if she was "on crack". They couldn't find my car, they couldn't find the keys once they located the car on display at a bank, salesman didn't know how to get to the bank. Salesman made me drive another Subaru to the bank 45 minutes away to pick up my car, salesman and saleswoman both had disgusting coughing fits during negotiations and complained about not having medication, saleswoman stole my "complimentary water" and chugged it during her fit, finance manager attempted to run my debit card for $65,000....TWICE!... And complained to me that it was being declined, salesman talked down to me during signing like I was 12, the STANDARD cloth floor mats wer
