My comment is for dissappointed in detroit. Personally I am hair stylist, and from your rude review, I have a few pointers for you. When someone else is doing your highlights after you already have them, you need to hide the old ones with toner so you can do new ones, otherwise it would look like a hot mess. Secondly, Im sure the girl was confused because you couldnt explain what you wanted in a way that she could understand. We as hair stylists see things differently than you do. And lastly, you wanted a trim, yes! However, a trim requires cutting the dead ends off. You may of very well have had 3 inches of dead ends and if you wanted them to grow back, you need to cut them all off! Also, I find it hard to believe that Jenny & Jessica need to tell their friend to make a review, let alone 50 + reviews that are all nothing but exceptional. Get a life & go somewhere else sweetheart.
