Review content:
The hotel has a very nice local and pleasant feel to it and both the rooms and the public places give an instant sense of well being. Most amazing aspect of staying was the the staff. Their friendliness, attention to detail and service match (or even exceed) the highest standards of customer service . Remarkable is that I found this to be the case in all departments including restaurant and housekeeping and not only the more obvious teams such as front desk and restaurant staff. On my next trip to San Antonio, I will certainly return to this wonderful hotel.
