Review content:
We purchased furniture at Puritan Juvenile furniture when I was preganant and the quality is great. The store is pretty well organized and clean. The sales staff weren't as high quality. I felt that I was given a very hard sell, and despite picking out furniture that I was very happy with the sales man kept trying to talk me into other pieces. He also kept offering to throw in little ten or twenty dollar items as an incentive to buy more pieces.\r
We decided to pick up rather than have it delivered when it came in and I was frustrated when we had to drive to two locations for the pick-up--one to just walk in and get my receipt and the other to actually pick it up. There was no organization at the pick up facility and it was basically a free for all of all of the cars lined up waiting to pick up and whoever pushed their way to loading dock fastest was next in line. \r
The piece of furniture will hopefully be a family keepsake, but the shopping experience itself was not the greatest.
