Review content:
We had a great experience there with Dr. Richter and every staff member we spoke with from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. They were great with our dog who was a little scared at first, they were kind and gentle with her and very welcoming to us. Dr. Richter was very informative and explained the treatment plan for our dog so we knew exactly what we needed to do and why. This was our first visit there, but it certainly won't be our last! We were very pleased with the care and service---thank you to everyone at Richter Animal Hospital!!
