Review content:
A W F U L Customer service attitude. I called about bringing in my sewing machine and was rudely interrupted while trying to explain the problem with a terse "You have to bring it in, I can't do anything until I see it!" Probably true, but people LIKE to discuss their broken appliances (me included) and this person's tone of voice indicated that he thought he was talking to a disobedient child. I assume this man is Dale. My meeting with Dale in person didn't go much better when I dropped off my machine and when I picked it up. I didn't have any service done, I thought his estimate to repair was quite high. \r
The store looks inviting, lots of interesting household appliances displayed in a roomy, clean showroom. But with the attitude, I didn't linger to look around. When I asked for information about the hard floor cleaners, I received a VERY TERSE response "They put down steam." End of conversation......\r
I wonder if Dale suffers from some version of Tourette syndrome that
