This is absolutely the worst company I have EVER had insurance with. They are as deceitful as the day is long. I had been with Allstate for many years when I decided to check rates on my renewal date. After speaking with several companies, Gary Underwood's staff quoted me a fantastic price on my home and auto. After I filled out the papers, paid a year's premium and canceled Allstate....they called to say they could not get me approved for their original quote. (FYI - I am top-rated with a high credit score and no prior claims so there was no "real" reason for the Bait and Switch!) I had no choice but to pay the NEW premium...which turned out to be higher than my Allstate one. 9 months later I gave Underwood written notice that I would not be renewing with them and contacted my mortgage company so they would not pay them another year from my escrow account. The very day I notified them they hurried up and billed escrow so when I got my new insurance this made my escrow account over
