Review content:
This is not what i expected from Holiday Inn Express. We made a reservation for one room with a king bed and a crib on the first floor. When we arrived at the hotel they did not have any king rooms or any rooms on the first floor. When asked if the crib was in our room already we were told they did not have any cribs and that they would give us extra pillows and blankets so she could sleep on the floor. Only after i asked for a refund did a crib show up.
