I took my cat, Sunny to them because he needed an operation to remove materials he'd swallowed. The day I came to pick him up, they told me he was dying and needed to be taken somewhere else because they were closing down for the Christmas holiday and couldn't even be bothered to give him the transfusion or IV fluids he needed. Oh, but don't forget to pay us the rest of what you owe on your way out....I spent almost $ 5,000.00 more to have him operated on again! I'm taking them to court!
