My experience with Lapin Systems has been both positive and negative. I had them come out to my residence for a wireless quote and they were not too helpful and ended up charging me a little too much for the consultation. I spoke to them on a number of occassions to rectify the bill but they were unwilling. Aside from that, I consulted with them to fix some computer/gadgets here and there and twice, they were able to fix it and didnt charge me for it. These were not heavy duty repairs (ipod and powerbook) but in spite of this, they still did it for me. They have excellent and friendly staff who are incredibly knowledgable. They have also just started out a learning program which looks good. I might be attending one or two of their classes. The area has plenty of parking. Definitely check them out with Mac questions.
PROS: Friendly, experts!
CONS: Wouldnt engage them to set up home networks
