Jim Oliva has done work for me twice, a complete bath remodel in my home and then sprucing up a hallway in a rental property. He began and ended each job as scheduled. His work was professional. He made useful suggestions for items I had not thought to include and educated me about various aspects of construction. Any errors made were corrected promptly and well. I highly recommend him.
