Review content:
I have been a wachovia customer for several years. I decided to leave the bank when I had problems with my ATM Card and the bank stated they ordered checks for me twice yet none were ever delivered. After talking to one of the managers where he stated he would order more checks and have them deliered to the bank, I decided it was time to take my business from my three accounts to another bank. Key Bank and CitiBank manage to deliver checks I order to my house. It is really unclear why Wachovia can't do that. Of course, nothing is ever their fault. The checks were ordered from Deluxe check and apparently shipped twice. I just talked to Citibank and key bank. They can and will print temporary checks and hand them to me today. Perhaps those banks understand what customer service really means. I voted with my feet.
