I wouldn't join Omni Club Ever again. I have been trying to cancel my membership and stop them from billing me for months. They have a call center that handles billing and cancellation so don't rely on any help from the people you know in the Club. The poorest customer service I have ever seen.\r
11/10/11After fighting with the Omni Club for 3 months about membership cancellation and charges received, I have finally accomplished canceling my membership and getting a refund. However, its was only after they treated me like junk and a lier for 3 months that they finally made it right. What a horrible business model the Omni Club uses. I will never do business with the Omni Club again and will always refer my friends somewhere else.
