Review content:
Excellent facilities, lots of good classes, and good personal trainers. However, several of the male employees behind the counter displayed exceptionally poor customer service on a number of occassions - either by ignoring us completely or failing to help us when requested. Also, you need to be VERY vigilant when discussing membership plans with the staff - my wife and I were told by a staff member before we signed a contract that we could cancel our payment plan (with penalty) if we decided to leave the club before our membership was up. When time came for us to leave, they refused to allow us to cancel our membership early, regardless of whether we paid the early cancellation penalty. So, if you do join, know that it is near impossible to cancel your membership early (only if you can prove via several pieces of documentation that you have moved to an address many miles away from any OMNI site) and that you'll be stuck paying $50 a month.
