Bridal stores are limited in my hometown, Columbia, so we drove to Augusta after hearing of two stores there. I had a great experience trying on dresses at EB, so much that I purchased my dress there. I was so happy to find such a great dress at a great price, I just knew I'd made the right choice.\r

Unfortunately, the great customer service ended there. I arrived to try on my dress when it came in, and my associate was cold and I felt I was in her way. They had not scheduled me for a fitting even though I had asked for one. We picked a veil, they tried to push accessories on me, and I drove back to Columbia seriously considering finding another dress at another store. I opted to be practical, and arrived for my fitting 6 weeks later. The store and seamstress knew we were under a time crunch to have the dress done by the portraits, and agreed it could be done with no problem. I had to force the seamstress to remove crinoline.
