Dr. Bob as my kids call him was so careful with our Lutino Cockatiel. We had no idea what was wrong with our bird and Dr. Bob suggested we'd get a blood test to rule out certain common bird diseases. The blood tests came back negative. Dr. Bob suggested changing certain ways we deal with the bird and even the location of his cage. We needed to spend some time with him. After 2 weeks our bird was so much better. While I didn't want to spend the money on the blood test (yes, it costs more than the bird) I moved forward with Dr. Bob's suggestions with confidence. I trust Dr. Bob and he was great with my kids. He told them about his own pets, which include a rescue dog and many reptiles, and a love bird. A real gem right here in our neighborhood.
