UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW\r \r I was contacted on 06/18 by Joe Johnson with Patterson Kia of Arlington. He apologized for our having such a bad customer service experience. \r I explained, again, that it wasn`t that we didn`t get the car we wanted, but, rather, that we felt we were being ignored simply because of our credit situation. We scheduled a meeting at the dealership for the following morning.\r Met with Mr. Johnson and he, again, apologized, and explained that it was his desire that I not leave before the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. I stated that my wife and I didn`t feel that the dealership had explored all available avenues for getting us into a new or newer car. He asked which vehicles we were primarily interested in. I told him, but, also explained that we had told the staff at the dealership that we would consider a lease or even a pre-owned vehicle. \r Part of our overall plan was to continue improving our credit situation and a shorter-term loan on a pre-owned
