I took my puppy in for his first shots. Banfield was recommended to me by a co-worker who said she loved the service she received. The set up of the hospital is not good at all. It's a big jumbled mess at the reception area. I had a wait for the receptionists to finish a personal conversation about another employee before they even noticed I was waiting to check in. The exam room was very small and the wait time to see the doctor was very long. The vet tech was very rude and seemed like he was annoyed to be at work that day. I felt he was very rough with my puppy. While waiting a long time for the doctor I could hear inappropriate personal conversations about the employees weekends of "fun" in the back area of the hospital. Once the doctor came in, he was non-talkative and seemed to be in a hurry. When my puppy cried while getting the shots, the vet tech called him a big baby and said that didn't hurt.
