Review content:
Obviously we bank with Wachovia and we really like Burleson branch opposed to the Joshua branch. The staff on the surface appears friendly through the drive through. When going in they have a little more stuck up attitude. They aren't really kid friendly inside or in the drive thru with suckers or anything that my kids like receiving at other banks. I have mixed feelings because I overheard a teller making fun of the appearance of a lady in the drive thru. I thought that was unprofessional. Overall they are a good bank. This location is not decorated very welcoming and you kind of get a cold shoulder feeling while in there. I prefer the Burleson branch.
