The only reason why they deserve 1 star is because the receptionists you deal with are actually really nice. They were horribly slow with any repairs and my lawn which was supposed to be mowed was never taken care of in the year I was there. I scrubbed the place top to bottom before moving out including fridge/oven etc, they claimed the place was a mess and that I had a cat (which Cindy claimed she saw when showing the place), this is a blatant lie as I am highly allergic to cats. After being passed around and getting nowhere with this company, I was passed off to Faye who I called to talk to several times but with no response. They provide "bills" for what they take out of the deposit but they don't list what was actually done or justification for anything, they also won't allow you to do the final walk through with them. Their contractors or prestige rips you off. Do not do business with them
