I used this place once and did not have a positive experience with my purchase. I liked the doctor there, however and their office is nice and comfortable. Found out there was no change in my prescription from my last visit to eye doctor. Seemed pretty simple to me, but apparently not. I brought new glasses and sunglass frames. When they had my glasses finished, they had put the wrong prescription in both glasses and the sunglasses were a different color on each lens and was not even. They apologized, said they would correct the problems but when I returned, things were worse, prescriptions were not fixed, new frames on glasses were now bent, sunglasses were darker than before and still uneven. After 3 visits, they still could not get them corrected. I had to pay a huge price and they only took $50.00 off for their mistake. I gave up after 3 tries and went to Lenscrafters (my first visit there). They took the frames, fixed them, put in the correct prescriptions and corrected the uneve
