I live in the Laurel area (Russett). Today I was out walking my 6-month old son. I saw a Starting Gate Tow truck, and as they passed me, the driver screamed out the window at me for no particular reason. I didn't think much of it until they passed me again 10 minutes later when I was exiting a cross walk (w/ a stroller), and the jack ass in the passenger seat screamed at me again, trying to spook me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just goes to show the quality of person this place will hire. I don't know why I'm surprised. I've heard from many friends about their experiences at this shop. All of them were ripped off, not happy with results, and would never return for future service.
