I just moved to the Albany area and went to some random place for a haircut -- BIG mistake. I had a girl named Candy who butchered my hair. I checked the internet the next day in an attempt to find a reputable place and came across Ania. I called and got an appt. for later that afternoon. The interior is modern, spacious and clean, and the girls at the desk are very friendly and professional. I explained to my stylist what had happened to my hair, she understood completely, and fixed it -- not just fixed it, but gave me possibly the best haircut I've ever had. I'm a guy and it was $30 for my haircut (took about 35 minutes), but will be $35 in the future since I will be requesting a specific stylist. Easily worth it. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else... very highly recommended.
