Businiess name:  Johnny's Half Shell
Review by:  Melanie E.
Review content:
The seafood here is fresh, perfectly seasoned and delicious. The side dishes are fresh and seasoned well too. In fact, Johnny's is considered one of the top restaurants in the district. The prices fall somewhere between moderate and high -- a good place to go for a special occasion. The subdued atmosphere is conducive to conversation too, with dimmed lights and space between tables. The only drawback is that Johnny's is popular...you'll need to make a reservation, or prepare to wait, sometimes a long time. Also, if you can take the Red Line metro to Dupont Circle, you'll enjoy your experience much more. If you plan to park on the street, leave yourself about half an hour to search for a space in this busy commercial area.
