I had a similar experience as the one previously listed. I had and eight year old cat that had sudden weight loss. I brought him in and all they did was guilt trip me that I could not afford to pay the 400 plus dollars that they wanted for testing, and over a grand that they said I needed to keep him in observation for a weekend. After reluctanly turning down many of the tests and treatments, we stil ended paying 350 dollars and only got sent home with antibiotics. This ended up being all he needed, and he returned to health. They made us feel like the worst pet owners in the world becuase we could not afford to put over a thousand dollars into the cat. I love my cat, but I just dont have that kind of money.
