I visited their shop today (1/8/13) to drop off a FedEx package -- I had been sent an item that I never ordered from a business and they asked that I return it to them (they sent me a FedEx waybill via email) -- I stopped by Postal Works because I have given them plenty of my business in the past and they have always been pleasant and helpful (although a bit higher cost than USPS or FedEx). Because I wasn't certain how to attach the waybill, I left the package open and I was told that it would cost me $0.50 to tape the box!?! As much as it may seem nit-picky of me not to just pull out the change and call it good, I was astonished that they were going to nickel and dime a patron for some silly tape. It is truly amazing to me. I left, drove up the street to FedEx, and dropped the package off there -- the FedEx lady taped the box 3 times around and charged me... wait for it...zero dollars and zero cents! Sadly, I won't be visiting this business ever again. And, if you do, I suggest
