I was appalled at the care we received there. The vet and I discussed a reasonable plan for my cat who has a possible urinary infection.Then he sends his pitch man (nurse) in with the estimated costs...whoa! $500 for all sorts of tests because he thinks it could be a congenital defect. Why not try a simple antibiotic first to see if that does the trick, I say? Because, he says, we MIGHT have to come back if the antibiotic doesn't work. Key word - MIGHT...so blow $500 dollars now, to avoid having to come back later. NO THANK YOU. After attempting to make me feel guilty they reluctantly agreed to my plan of an antibiotic injection and a urine culture. (By the way, they insist on a $65 ultrasound to find the bladder in order to take the sample. I'm pretty sure most vets dont do that). They took kitty for the urine sample. Brought her back in, plopped her on the table and walked out. We waited and waited thinking someone would come back in to finish up. Finally I poke my head out and
