When I made my main drain emergency call @ 1900 hours for my NW suburban home in Minneapolis I was told I could expect someone within 1 hour. Less than a 1/2 hour later plumber tech #3803 was in my driveway. He was pleasant & went to work right away. He snaked out my drain to the street to remove tree roots & recommended products that would help me to maintain my main pipe so that I could possibly avoid another visit from him for a longer # of years. Yes, the products are Roto-Rooters but they made sense and a pound of prevention is worth more than a ton of cures to me! I will definitely call Roto-Rooters plumbers in Minneapolis again.
