We got off to a rocky start but it ended well. I was told that the Tech would arrive at 12:00 so I arrived at 12:00 to meet him. At 12:30 I returned to my home and called to find the reason for the delay. I was informed then that he would arrive in 20 minutes. I had to again drive to meet the Tech who arrived in 25 minutes. After discussing the issues, the Tech got to business and cleared the drain and all has been working fine since. The work was done in short order and professionaly but there was a scheduling problem and it could have been avoided with a phone call that was not made.
