I had the pleasure of dealing with a knowledgeable and courteous staff when having my annual backflow prevention test conducted. After further discussion, I learned that this particular employee was the only certified technician in the surrounding seven counties. I say this because I not only needed a test conducted, but repairs needed to be made. Within four working days- despite Hurricane Irene, the parts were in and the same staff were out to finish the job. Bottom line: This staff was available despite the circumstances and reliable.\r

While making the decision to have this particular repair done, I received knowledgeable assistance, available when I needed it . I place a high value on accurate information and want to be served by employees who know the product inside and out. That's exactly what I received. I felt genuine concern for my needs rather than the individual sale.\r
