I am currently pregnant and was having lower back pain. My OB recommended that I try a chiropractor. Dr. Russell was recommended by a family friend and I began to see results after the second week. I like that he works with me and the amount of visits given to me by my healthcare provider, attempting to stretch them out for as long as possible instead of using them up within the first two months. He also showed me stretches that I can do at home to help loosen up my back, shoulders, and legs. I've had a wonderful experience thus far.
