I have been to a handful of chiropractors over the years, but none have compared to what Dr. Russell Brokstein has done with me. All the other chiropractors were a quick adjustment in and out the door. When I go to Dr. Russell he spends a lot of time explaining what is causing the problem and how he will address to actually correct the problem. No other chiropractor took the time to stretch my muscles, adjust my ankles and knees which he explained were one of the causes of my lower back pain. He also addresses overall health and wellness, discussed weight loss programs, nutrition and exercise.\r
I recommend anybody looking for a chiropractor in the Freehold, NJ area.... why go to just another chiropractor when you can go to the best! Thanks Dr. Brokstein
