We have been going to Companion Animal since January, 2010 for treatment of our cats. The vets have been fine and have tried their best to help.\r Our complaints have been with the young girl that fills in for Erin and the general incompetency of the technicians (in filling prescriptions, not ready or incorrectly done.I went to pick up a rx on 6/17 and it was made out for the wrong cat so I asked them to make sure of the rx. The girl at the front desk was running a fax and she had tried to run my debit card at the same time and it didn't work. When she started to do it again, I told her that it wouldn't go through because she was running a fax. At that point, she turned to me and told me that "I needed to calm down and that she understood my frustration and every time that you come in here you have an attitude" while patting my hand in a very condescending manner.\r If this is the type of people that Companion Animal wants interacting with their customers, I think it is a very poor refle
