Review content:
The only upside to living at Orchard Glen was my neighbor, she was a sweetheart! The apartment manager is mean and inconsiderate. The front desk woman is rude. The main maintenance man is hateful. The heat and ac has terrible circulation... freezing upstairs in the winter (I literally had a relatively thick coat of ice on the window) and hot as heck upstairs in the summer, easily a 15 degree difference from downstairs. Horrible mold!. When I notified maintenance about the mold after bleaching it away a couple times they just painted primer over it and once again the mold returned. Then upon moving out they charged for everything... don't bother cleaning when you leave! I clean for a leasing company for living, my apartment looked as good when I left as it did when I moved in. They charge for anything they can come up with. I was warned before I moved in of the insanity of charges upon moving out but did not listen. Please listen to me!!! They will charge you more than your deposit was
